Where we ship

We ship within Japan. We do not currently ship outside Japan.

KAIRN KYOTO will be offered outside Japan for the first time through Kickstarter in spring 2027. Delivery for backers — dates, destinations, and what each pledge includes — will be set out in full on the campaign page.

Shipping is included in the price.

When we ship

Orders are dispatched within 3–5 business days of your order, carefully packed.

Each case is cut and sewn one at a time at the atelier, so the number we can send at once is limited. If your order will take longer than usual, we will write to you before it ships.

Lost or delayed parcels

If tracking has not moved for more than 10 days, write to us and we will open an inquiry with the carrier.
