Shipping policy

Where we ship

We ship within Japan. We do not currently ship outside Japan.

If that changes, we will set out the destinations, delivery times and costs here before we begin accepting orders from outside Japan.

Shipping is included in the price.

When we ship

Orders are dispatched within 3–5 business days of your order, carefully packed.

Each case is cut and sewn one at a time at the atelier, so the number we can send at once is limited. If your order will take longer than usual, we will write to you before it ships.

Lost or delayed parcels

If tracking has not moved for more than 10 days, write to us and we will open an inquiry with the carrier.
