What we really wanted, wherever we were, was to meet the aroma as it rises.

KAIRN KYOTO set out to make one thing: a form shaped for a whisky glass alone.

Three prototypes, stitched by hand. Three more at the atelier in Kyoto. There was never a reason to settle.

The case has been made and carried only in Japan. We are not yet able to send one anywhere else.

Every piece is cut and sewn one at a time at the atelier in Kyoto, so what leaves it is small in number. When the case does travel, the people on this list will hear first.
